HUMAN CAPITAL CLUB

Mission

Building leaders through a focus on what drives, motivates, and inspires teams. Every Gator MBA can benefit from understanding how to better integrate people and process. Such is the mission of the UF MBA Human Capital Club. Ultimately, we seek to encourage collaboration and understanding of Human Capital issues across all disciplines. Recognizing the contribution all leaders can have to the study, we allow all to participate in meetings and help drive our message. Everyone has a voice in the UF MBA Human Capital club.

Purpose

Together everyone achieves more. Our purpose is not to push our discipline above any other, but instead fostering interest. Demonstrating how Human Capital adds value to the bottom line ensure we always have a seat at the table. Reaching across the aisles to connect people and process expands opportunities for teams.

Indeed, by leveraging our experiences in other disciplines we increase our exposure and understand of key Human Capital issues. No specific experience regarding Human Capital is required. Knowledge of Human Capital is also not required to join club – You just need an open mind. Our club will meet a minimum of 2 times per mod – Unless stated otherwise. Reach out to leadership via the contact link below to be added to distribution list. Open elections are held at the end of each school year for anyone interested in gaining leadership experience.

Values and principles of the MBA Human Capital club align with the goals of our MBA program. Admission to the MBA program proves that you are interested in challenging yourself and developing. Lead, learn, and serve your teams. To quote the great Vince Lombardi – “Individual commitment to a group effort – that is what makes a team work, a company work, a society work, a civilization work.” Never has there been a more exciting time to be a Gator – Expand your network and see how UF MBA Human Capital club can help you!
