The Food & Beverage Club is designed to provide its members with professional development opportunities relating to the hospitality industry. We allow students to develop relationships with each other in relaxed settings while learning about the business behind food and beverage endeavors.
Through events including restaurant and brewery tours, we learn about the operations, supply chain, and marketing strategies of food and beverage companies. Our culinary exploration dinners are designed to allow participants to experience different cultures through the medium of food, but also to try some restaurants in Gainesville that they might not have before.
The main goal for the club is for members to learn new things about the hospitality industry while exploring the local culinary scene.
