Enriching the UF MBA Student Experience

The UF MBA Association is the student governing organization of the University of Florida MBA program. The MBAA is responsible for creating student programming opportunities, enhancing professional development skills, enabling network and relationship building, and providing opportunities for community outreach. Together, we work to enrich the UF MBA experience for future & current students and alumni.

Every full-time student is automatically a member of the MBAA and may take advantage of the programming opportunities and learning activities offered. Students may develop professional skills by joining a club, lead tours as a student ambassador, demonstrate leadership as an executive board member, or run operations of our non-profit, Gator MBA Gear.

Whether you are an alum checking for the latest updates, a current student seeking info about upcoming events, or a potential future member of the UF MBA family, the MBA Association is here to assist you during your UF MBA transformation.

All students of the University of Florida MBA program are considered members of MBAA, and individuals may take a more active role by applying for a leadership opportunity. The executive board is comprised of students from all cohorts elected or appointed to positions.

The UF MBA Association enables our students to build bonds to last for years to come. From end-of-mod happy hours to MBA Cup Challenges and volunteer service events, students connect with classmates through fun activities.

The MBA Association partners with the MBA Program Office, Business Career Services, and various organizations to plan unique opportunities for MBA students to learn from the experiences of fellow leaders, develop valuable connections, and build a professional network.

MBA clubs are created and run by our students. We strive to develop and enhance skills necessary for professional success of MBA students. Currently, we have 12 clubs registered with and funded by the MBA Association. Any student can start a new club that adds to MBAs’ professional development and expands out-of-classroom experience.

Our mission is to bring together a diverse group of people who share similar career interests with the purpose of preparing them to be future leaders, serve the community, promote diversity and create a progressive learning environment.

Our student-run, non-profit business, Gator MBA Gear, sells exclusive UF MBA-branded apparel and merchandise. Check out the products and proudly represent UF MBA through your purchase.
